What is your return policy?

We think you'll love what you ordered, but if you don't, here's how returns work.

Books

We offer a 30-day return policy on any book purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied with the quality, send us a return request and we'll email you a shipping label so you can mail the book back free of charge. There are no restocking fees and no hassle.

When we process the return, we refund your original payment method minus the original shipping charge. Since the return label is on us, you won't end up paying for shipping twice.

Wall art

We print and frame wall art to order, so the size and other options you chose are custom to you. You can still return any wall art or poster within 30 days. Because each piece is made to your order, wall art returns carry a 30% restocking fee, and you cover the cost of shipping it back to us. The restocking fee does not apply to damaged or defective wall art.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Thirty days is the minimum we honor. If your product arrived damaged, is defective, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 60 days and we'll take care of you. When a return is because of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we cover shipping both ways, so you're refunded for everything.

Please don't refuse the delivery

When a shipment is refused through the carrier, it often gets lost in the mail system or at a fulfillment or distribution center, and then we can't issue a return. Please accept the package first, then request a return.

How to start a return

1. Find your order number by searching your inbox for "Pediment Publishing".
2. Send us a return request with your order number. We'll review your order and get in touch if we need anything else, and one of our customer service folks will help you finish the process.
3. For books, we'll email you a shipping label. For wall art, you'll cover shipping the return back to us.
4. Drop your return in the mail.
5. Once it reaches our receiving station, we process it and refund your original payment method, less the original shipping charge.
