ShipGuard Shipping Protection can be added to any order. When you have it, common shipping problems are resolved quickly with a replacement at no cost to you.

• Damage: if your package is damaged, we'll ship you a replacement for free. That covers a carrier who wasn't as careful as they should have been, or a package left in rain or snow where the packaging couldn't protect it.
• Loss: if your package is lost in transit and the carrier can't locate it, we'll ship you a replacement for free.
• Theft: if your package is stolen from your doorstep, we'll ship you a replacement for free.
• Anything else: for any other issue related to the shipment, we'll ship you a replacement for free.
