How do I check my order status or track my order?

You can check on your order anytime at account.pediment.com. Log in with the email address you used to place your order. You won't be asked for a password. Instead, we'll email you a one-time code, and once you enter it you'll see your orders.

Tracking

Tracking information is available for most orders. If your order has more than one item, you may get more than one shipment notification, each with its own tracking.

Products that are available should begin shipping within a few hours of your order. Preorder products won't begin shipping until after their estimated availability date.

When an item is scheduled to ship, you may first get a shipment notification email without tracking. Once the item has shipped and we have the tracking information, we'll send a shipping update email with tracking. That update can take up to a few days after the first notification.
