Celebrate the Hurricanes’ Stanley Cup championship with this front page
"BUNCH OF CHAMPS!" — that's the headline The News & Observer splashed across its Special Edition front page on Friday, June 19, 2026, after the Carolina Hurricanes captured the Stanley Cup. The stunning overhead photograph by Robert Willett shows the Hurricanes mobbing goalie Brandon Bussi at the net following a 3-0 victory over the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 6 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on June 14. Players including Jarvis (24), Nikishin (21), and Miller (19) are visible converging on the celebration pile, arms raised, sticks tossed — the pure, unscripted joy of a championship clinched on the road.
This wall art reproduces the complete News & Observer Special Edition front page — masthead, headline, photograph, and caption — as a collectible print. It's a piece of Raleigh sports history that belongs in any Hurricanes fan's home, office, or fan cave. Whether you lived through every playoff game or you're gifting a Canes diehard, this front page freezes the moment the franchise brought the Cup back to North Carolina.
Available in multiple sizes and finish options including art-only prints, canvas, metal prints, and a selection of framed styles to match any room.
Note: This is a reproduction of The News & Observer’s front page, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, or organization.
