What is a preorder, and when will it ship?

A preorder is an order for a product that's still in production. Ordering during the preorder period often comes with a discount, and it puts you among the first to receive the product once it's ready.

When will it ship?

Most items ship as soon as they're available, but a preorder can't ship until every item in your order is published and in stock. Each product page shows its availability date and ship date, and the "ships by" date is the day shipping begins. You can also find the estimated availability dates for your order in your order confirmation email or by looking up your order at account.pediment.com.

When am I charged?

All orders, including preorders, are charged at the time you place the order.
