This was a wonderful experience. The shipping was fast. And when I knew the first book was delivered to the incorrect address, they were ready to ship a replacement immediately. It was not necessary, as we found a neighbor down the road received it, thankfully. Just knowing that was their intent, made the transaction that much better. Customer service was fantastic from start to finish. It was great to know that although this was an entire online transaction, there were real people there to help.
