I've read through the book. Already, I've placed bookmarks to mark the recipes that I want to try first. I envision trying most of the recipes between now and the end of the summer. As I proceed to use the recipes, I will insert bookmarks to mark the recipes that I consider good enough to become part of my regular cooking menu, either for everyday meals, or for special occasions. The book has definitely added to my collection of recipes good enoough to cook many times.
