Awesome book. Sorry for the lengthy review. I was born in Paducah, Ky to an English mother from Liverpool, England in 1962. My father was a local man whom always took me and my 3 bothers to the various horse farms in Kentucky when we were very young. I remember going to see Man O War statute in 1972. The Derby meant a lot to our state. I say all this as I’ve been a huge fan of the Derby. In fact the company I worked for Valero sponsored Thunder over Louisville a few times. I look forward in giving my 3 brothers a book as derby memories have stayed with us a long time. Thank you, Tim
